1. Data We Collect

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to run the Service. This includes your email address during registration, payment processing data handled securely by our third-party provider, and the public URLs/text content you submit to generate audio files.

2. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal information, user data, or scraped text content to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or any external entities. Your data is used exclusively to deliver synthetic audio widgets to your pages.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To process text-to-speech and translations, text content is programmatically transmitted to secure Cloud API providers (such as Google Cloud TTS/Translate). No personally identifiable information is sent with this text, and external APIs do not retain your content for training purposes.

4. Audio Play Analytics

Our embedded widgets track audio plays solely to monitor bandwidth, enforce your annual 20,000 play limit per credit, and update your dashboard stats. We do not track individual visitor identities or cross-site behaviors.

5. Data Jurisdiction

BabylonTTS is operated by IT goldman in Israel. Your data is handled in compliance with applicable local protection framework architectures, and you retain the right to delete your account or any generated audio files at any time via your dashboard.
