1. The Service & Credit System

BabylonTTS converts web page text into audio players using text-to-speech and translation technology. New accounts receive 10 free credits upon registration. One (1) credit provides four (4) Voice Units for a single page of up to 1,000 words or 6,000 characters. Voice Units are consumed based on the selected voice tier per language (Standard: 1 Unit, Premium: 4 Units, HD: 8 Units). Generated audio is hosted permanently with no ongoing subscription fees. Purchased or allocated credits never expire. All paid credit purchases are strictly non-refundable.

2. Traffic Limits & Overages

Each used credit covers up to 20,000 audio plays per year for the designated page. We reserve the right to monitor bandwidth and usage. If a page exceeds the 20,000 annual play limit, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to pause the audio player or restrict widget access until the limit resets or additional credit billing is settled.

3. Absolute Content Non-Liability

You retain sole ownership and responsibility for the text and domains where you Embed Player. We do not pre-screen or monitor user content. You may not deploy our tag on websites hosting illegal material, hate speech, or explicit adult content. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless IT goldman and BabylonTTS from any legal claims or liabilities arising from your page text.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding permanent uptime or specific voice availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT goldman's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for credits in the 12 months preceding any claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal action or dispute arising out of this agreement must be brought solely in the competent courts of Israel.
